Carpet Cleaning

Professional carpet cleaning, as outlined by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), follows a standardized process of eight steps designed to ensure optimal results.

The first step is pre-inspection, where technicians assess the carpet’s condition, including fabric type, stains, and areas of heavy soiling. This helps determine the most effective cleaning method.

Step two is pre-vacuuming, which removes loose dirt, dust, and debris, ensuring that the carpet can be cleaned more thoroughly.

In step three, pre-treatment is applied to spots and high-traffic areas to break down oils and dirt.

The fourth step is agitation, where the carpet fibers are agitated with a brush or rotary machine to loosen embedded dirt.

Step five involves hot water extraction, or steam cleaning, where hot water and a cleaning solution are sprayed into the carpet, followed by powerful extraction to remove dirt and moisture.

Step six is rinsing to remove any remaining cleaning solution, leaving the carpet fresh and residue-free.

Step seven is post-treatment, where any remaining stains are addressed with special spot treatments.

Finally, step eight involves drying, with technicians using fans and ventilation to speed up the drying process.

Packages

Silver

 Basic carpet cleaning with a protectant added. (Ideal for non pet owners that are moving out of an apartment).

Gold

 Basic carpet cleaning with a protectant and deodorizer added. (Minimum package for pet owners).

Platinum Package

 Basic carpet cleaning with a protectant, deodorizer, free spotter, a free six month touch up of traffic lanes. (Ideal for people that practice hospitality).

 Work will be redone for free if the customer is not satisfied. All packages can be done residential or commercial.

Pricing

Carpet

When giving a quote, the cleanable area of carpet will be measured. We charge by the square footage for all carpet cleaning. The silver package is the more affordable package but has less done. The gold package is about 10-15 cents per square foot more than the silver. The Platinum package is more expensive, but it has perks that come with a six month touch up of traffic lanes.

Steps

Steps are charged per step. The more steps a customer has, the less they are charged. We count landings as a step.

Upholstery

Upholstery is charged per piece of furniture. We do give bundling discounts for multiple units of furniture or if a customer has carpet cleaned as well. Protectant can be applied for a small fee.

Free Quotes

Quotes for carpet cleaning can take up to 45 minutes. It all depends on how much measurement needs to be done and how soiled the carpet is. During this time, we will discuss which package best suits your needs.

Under no circumstances will a quote be given over the phone. We cannot see, feel, smell, or identify what type of carpet you have over the phone.

Loyalty Program

All customers that us me will receive a punch card. You will receive a punch for every carpet cleaning. After your third cleaning you will receive up to 1,200 square feet of free carpet cleaning. The offer expires 18 months after your last cleaning.
